Out-Patient Escort
Inglewood Care Home endeavour to offer a staff escort if you need to attend an Out Patient Appointment.
Depending on the time of the appointment this may affect the Service we offer within the home and therefore we may ask for Relatives to help.
It may be that it is not possible to provide an Escort and then the decision will be made with you whether you can go alone or cancel the Appointment and remake it for another time.
A charge will be made for a Nurse escorting a Resident to an appointment.
