Creative Paper Pancake Making At Inglewood Care Home

Residents at Inglewood Care Home recently enjoyed a creative and engaging session making paper pancakes and frying pans. The activity encouraged everyone to get hands-on and explore their artistic side while sharing plenty of smiles along the way.
To begin, residents printed out designs of pancakes and frying pans, which formed the base for their creations. These were then carefully reinforced with cardboard to give them extra sturdiness and shape. Once the foundations were ready, colourful paper was added on top to bring each piece to life with vibrant detail and texture.
The session provided an opportunity for residents to work at their own pace and express their creativity in a relaxed, social setting. It was wonderful to see everyone involved, cutting, colouring and chatting as they assembled their paper pancakes. The finished results were great, reflecting the enthusiasm and teamwork that filled the room.
It was a simple yet rewarding activity that combined creativity, coordination, and fun. By the end of the session, the room was full of laughter and proud smiles as residents admired their imaginative paper pancakes and frying pans—a perfect recipe for an enjoyable afternoon at Inglewood Care Home.
